Hope your 4th of July celebrations went AWESOME! What a country we live in – Thanks to our forefathers (and mothers) and the armed service members we have a great country.
We are getting ready for our up coming WTSDA tournament trip so things are getting exciting as I am sure some of you are too.
I am forwarded a copy of the up coming Regional Clinic application scheduled for Red belts and above via email. Take note of the due dates; July 15 for T shirts and July 25th for attendance. I need to know if you plan on and T shirt order by the 12 so I can compile the list. As a region, we use these events to maintain our professionalism and the quality of our training/skills. Attendance to some events is mandatory for continued advancement to the rank of Black Belt. Prior to testing for black belt students are expected to attend one clinic, one regional tournament (and/or one World tournament) and attend/pass one pre-Black Belt Testing review as a Blue Belt. Your attendance to this event will satisfy your clinic requirement.
Please let Mrs. Roberts or myself know if you plan on attending ASAP so I can compile a list and forward it to Master Lopez (clinic director). As I mentioned earlier in this note, I will be attending the up coming World Championship and extending our stay for a vacation, but I still would like you to contact us via our cell phones with your intent to attend and purchase T-shirts for the upcoming clinic. -
