As you may already know, the Note system is now working for members. You can now send, receive, and reply to notes with other members of the site. I'm hoping that Master Roberts can use this system to assist us with our techniques as well as communicate with us outside the studio. Everyone ready for testing tomorrow? TANG SOO! -

There are lots of fun new features in the 'beta' version of our Member Area (login or sign up above - already signed in? Click My Member Page). You can set your colored stripes on your belt, upload your photo, and see some of your next testing requirements! Its still being worked on - so bear with any little problems that arise. Hope you enjoy it! -

We've added a new feature to the site - the Member's System. Its still under construction, but when complete you will be able to track your own personal Tang Soo Do progress, study for testing, better understand your next rank requirements and more. Right now, you may sign up for the system and get a sneak peek at what we have planned for you! -

A BIG thanks to Mr. Golgart of the Family Karate Center (have to thank Master Bennett, his master instructor, too!) in Reno, Nevada for dropping into Wednesday night's class and helping instruct. He was in Peoria doing some work-related stuff and dropped in to help out. With so many students on Wednesday, his assistance offered up a good workout and was much appreciated by the studio.
Don't forget - Saturday, March 19th is the written exam for testing. Make ready! -

Updated the Terminology Database with HUNDREDS of new words and phrases (thanks to a lot of time put in by Master Roberts). I'll be adding more filters on the terminology to help students identify what words are expected of them per belt rank. There was also a problem with the Terminology page showing up blank. This has been fixed. -

Welcome to our Updated Web site :}
Extend your thanks to Mr. Monroe for his hard work putting this web site on line. Thanks to Mr. Burke and Mr. Monroe, we are able to use this site to keep up with our communiaiton and keep some of your training material in one spot.
Updated Parents Guide:
Master Roberts has added some changes. His guess, you haven’t seen it in a while and need to review it anyway. So take a look on the web site for the updated version.
Attend the Utah Clinic:
Its not to late to attend, you can sign up at the door. See Master Roberts for details. The studio will be closed Saturday March 12s – Utah Clinic – ALL invited, Clinic/Judges and Instructors class – BB Dinner? Hurricane UT
Respect and Obedience:
How have you demonstrated your respect and obedience? Take a movement and tell a family member or friend how you have demonstrated this important tenant of Tang Soo Do. Are you behaving in school and honoring your fellow students and teachers by remaining quiet when they speak? Are you following the instruction of your senior instructors, teachers or bosses? Are you refraining from talking behind another person’s back? Are you going out of your way to help others?
These are just some of the ways we demonstrate our concern for others. We live in a time of crime and ill will done by some. You, as martial artist and good people, owe it to your country to commit to changing society by showing your respect and obedience. -
